🛍 Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Jeweled by Taisha is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order is scanned as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly. I am happy to assist with tracking information but cannot file or guarantee carrier claims.

Jeweled by Taisha is not liable for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred for international orders.


💎 Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. I’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has not shipped.

All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items showing signs of wear or alteration after delivery will not qualify for exchange or credit.


🔒 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information (such as name, address, or email) collected during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication.

I will never share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
Payment information is processed securely through Big Cartel and your selected payment provider’s encrypted systems. Jeweled by Taisha does not have access to your full payment details.
